Toronto Raptors Strengthen Roster with Jahmi'us Ramsey Signing
The Toronto Raptors have officially announced the signing of guard Jahmi'us Ramsey. Ramsey, a 6'3" guard, brings additional depth to the Raptors' backcourt as the team looks to bolster its roster for the upcoming 2024-2025 NBA season.
Ramsey, who was a standout at Texas Tech, was originally drafted by the Sacramento Kings with the 43rd overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Known for his athleticism, shooting, and defensive capabilities, he spent time with both the Kings and their G-League affiliate, the Stockton Kings.
Throughout his G-League career, Ramsey averaged 18.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game, showcasing his scoring ability and versatility on the court. With the Raptors, Ramsey will have the opportunity to compete for a spot in the team’s rotation, offering additional energy and shooting off the bench.
