Cookies Policy
Effective date: May 24, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how Tickets 4 Fans uses cookies and similar storage technologies on tickets4fans.ca and related subdomains, including which cookies we use, who sets them, how long they last, how consent is managed, and how cookie-related data may be processed outside Canada.
Consent Management
When you first visit Tickets 4 Fans, you are shown a consent banner that allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or open preferences to choose by category. Until you accept the relevant category, analytics and marketing cookies remain disabled and the corresponding scripts are not loaded. Essential cookies are always set because they are required for the site to function.
You can change your choices at any time using the button below, which reopens the cookie preferences panel. Withdrawing consent stops further use of analytics or marketing cookies for the categories you deselect; cookies already set may be cleared by your browser based on its own settings.
We record your consent choice (and changes to it) so we can honour your preferences on future visits and demonstrate compliance with applicable communications and privacy laws.
Google Consent Mode v2
Tickets 4 Fans uses Google Consent Mode v2 to signal your consent choices to Google services such as Google Analytics 4 and (where used) Google advertising. Consent Mode v2 passes flags to Google indicating whether you have granted or denied consent for analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization.
When you deny analytics or marketing consent, Google services receive a denied signal and are limited to cookieless modeled measurement (where applicable) rather than collecting identifiable data through cookies. When you grant consent, the corresponding services may load and operate normally subject to their own policies.
Tickets 4 Fans uses a configurable consent model. By default in Canadian sessions we operate on a strict opt-in basis (analytics and marketing remain disabled until you grant consent).
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of the cookies and tags described above are provided by third parties located outside Canada and process data using infrastructure outside Canada. In particular:
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) may process cookie data in the United States and other jurisdictions where Google operates infrastructure.
- Meta (Meta Pixel) may process cookie data in the United States and Ireland and other jurisdictions where Meta operates infrastructure.
When personal information collected through cookies is processed outside Canada it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including laws that may permit government or law enforcement access. We rely on contractual safeguards offered by these providers and select providers we consider to maintain reasonable security and privacy practices. For additional information on cross-border processing across the Tickets 4 Fans service generally, see the Privacy Policy.
Browser Controls
Most modern browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. You can:
- Review which cookies a site has set on your device
- Delete individual cookies or clear all cookies
- Block third-party cookies entirely
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where your browser supports them
Please be aware that blocking or deleting essential cookies may prevent parts of Tickets 4 Fans from working — for example, you may be unable to stay signed in or have your cookie preferences remembered.
Policy Updates
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time, for example when we add or change a provider, introduce a new cookie category, or respond to changes in applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
Material changes will be communicated through the site (for example, by re-prompting you to confirm cookie preferences) or, where appropriate, by email to subscribers and account holders.
