Is Tickets 4 Fans Legit?

Tickets 4 Fans is operated by Tan & Fam Inc., a Toronto company, and was founded by Tan, a season seat holder who built it so real fans could buy and sell to each other without scalper markups or stacked service fees. Support is founder-run — you can reach Tan directly on WhatsApp or at support@tickets4fans.ca, seven days a week.

Only verified season seat holders can list tickets. Each seller uploads proof of season seat ownership (such as a membership ID), and our admin team personally verifies it — usually with a direct conversation — before any listing goes live. No bots. No brokers. No bulk buyers.

• Browse listings for a Raptors, Blue Jays, Toronto FC, or Toronto Tempo home game — every seller is a verified season seat holder.
• Contact the seller directly on WhatsApp to confirm the section, row, and seat details, and ask them to show you they hold the tickets — a screenshot from the account they will transfer from, with the date and time visible.
• Pay the seller by Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars — the listed price is the final price, with no added fees.
• Receive your tickets through the original platform's official transfer (for example, Ticketmaster or the team app) — no paper tickets, screenshots, or in-person meetups.

Tickets 4 Fans verifies sellers and guides transfers through official channels, but payment happens directly between fans by Interac e-Transfer. We are not an escrow service and never hold or process your money for marketplace purchases. That keeps the platform fee-free, and it also means a few simple safety steps are worth following on every purchase.

Because we never hold your money, we cannot refund you or reverse a payment if something goes wrong. What we can do is press the seller, escalate through the ticket issuer, and revoke the verification of a seller who fails to deliver. • Ask the seller to prove they hold the tickets before you send any money: a screenshot from the Ticketmaster or team account they will transfer from, showing the game, section, row and seat numbers, with the date and time visible on screen. A genuine seller will not mind being asked.
• Accept delivery only as an official transfer into your own Ticketmaster or team-app account — a screenshot, a PDF or a photo of a ticket is proof the seller has it, not delivery of it.
• Keep a record of your Interac e-Transfer and your messages with the seller.

If a game is rescheduled — whether it is a Raptors, Blue Jays, Toronto FC, or Toronto Tempo match — your tickets remain valid for the new date, and if you can't make it, contact founder and owner Tan to find out how you can relist them on Tickets 4 Fans at no cost. If a game is canceled outright, refunds come from the ticket issuer and generally go to the account the tickets were originally bought under, which is the seller's.
