The Toronto Raptors bring back their fan-favourite Specialty Nights every season — themed home games that turn Scotiabank Arena into more than just a game night.
The Raptors have now announced the full 2026–27 Theme Nights slate: a Home Opener with a free t-shirt for every fan, Raptors Halloween, two Raptors Cup Nights, eight Sunday Fundays, OVO Night, Lowry Celebration Week — capped by Kyle Lowry's jersey retirement on January 10, 2027 — WWE Night and Fan Appreciation Night. 🏀 Home Opener — Oct 21 vs. Chicago Bulls
The season tips off at home on Wednesday, October 21 at 7:30 PM against the Chicago Bulls, in a Home Opener presented by Tangerine. Under the banner "The North Is Back!", every fan gets an exclusive white t-shirt — a halftone raised hand with "We The North" across the palm and "2026–27 Toronto Raptors" underneath.
Tip: an every-fan giveaway on opening night means the opener prices like an event, not a normal October Wednesday. Buy early if you want to be there for it.
🎃 Raptors Halloween — Oct 28 vs. Orlando Magic
Raptors Halloween lands on Wednesday, October 28 at 7:30 PM against the Orlando Magic, and the team is asking fans to come in costume. What's planned:

🏆 Raptors Cup Nights — Oct 30 & Nov 27
"The quest for the Cup begins." The 2026 Raptors Cup Nights are the team's NBA Cup home games: Fri, Oct 30 vs. Orlando Magic and Fri, Nov 27 vs. Brooklyn Nets, both at 7:30 PM. Cup games count in the standings and toward a shot at the knockout rounds, so expect a playoff-lite atmosphere on both Fridays.

New this season: Sunday Fundays, a Raptors Sunday series billed as "a new Sunday tradition for families, friends, and your group chat." Every Sunday Funday includes:

Tip: bring the whole squad — the 3:30 PM games (Dec 20 and Apr 4) are the best fit for younger kids, home well before bedtime.
🦉 OVO Night — Nov 17 vs. New York Knicks
OVO Night is back on Tuesday, November 17 at 7:30 PM against the New York Knicks. The draw this year is the merch:
- A special OVO archive collection
- Shop it at the arena before the public release — fans in the building get first access
Tip: Knicks games already draw well in Toronto, and an early-access OVO drop on top makes this one of the strongest weeknight tickets of November. If the archive pieces are why you're going, get in early — arena exclusives tend to sell out first.
🐐 Lowry Celebration Week — Jan 7, 8 & 10
Kyle Lowry — the point guard who ran Toronto's 2019 championship team and remains the franchise's all-time leader in assists, steals and three-pointers made — is getting his No. 7 jersey retired, and the Raptors have built Lowry Celebration Week around it: two GROAT7 Nights (Greatest Raptor of All Time), each with a giveaway for all fans, then Retirement Night.

- Fri, Jan 8 vs. Utah Jazz (7:30 PM) — GROAT7 Night presented by Tangerine, "The Championship Era": bobblehead giveaway for all fans — Lowry in sunglasses holding the Larry O'Brien trophy on a "We The North" base, in a gold GROAT7 box listing his career numbers
- Sun, Jan 10 vs. Philadelphia 76ers (6:00 PM) — Retirement Night: "Number 7 rises to the rafters. The journey comes full circle." Postgame jersey retirement ceremony against Lowry's hometown team. Former Raptors head coach Nick Nurse, now with Philadelphia, will be in the building.
Lowry becomes only the second player in franchise history to have his number retired, joining Vince Carter (No. 15, retired November 2024).
Tip: expect all three nights — especially Jan 10 — to price well above a normal January game. If the ceremony itself is what you want to be there for, buy early.
🤼 WWE Night — Feb 7 vs. Charlotte Hornets
"Where Superstars Collide." WWE Night returns on Sunday, February 7 at 6:00 PM against the Charlotte Hornets — an arena-wide WWE takeover with special guest talent live in the building. It doubles as a Sunday Funday, so expect plenty of families. (Last season's WWE Night featured a Raptors x WWE mask giveaway; no giveaway has been announced for this one yet.)
🙌 Fan Appreciation Night — Apr 7 vs. Brooklyn Nets
"The best fans in the world get the spotlight." The Raptors close out the theme-night calendar with Fan Appreciation Night on Wednesday, April 7 at 7:30 PM against the Brooklyn Nets:
