Full Recap
Toronto led after one but a brutal 34–13 second quarter flipped the NBA Cup quarterfinal, and New York controlled it from there to win 117–101 at Scotiabank Arena. Jalen Brunson poured in 35 (26 in the first half) with Josh Hart adding 21 and Karl-Anthony Towns 14 & 16. Brandon Ingram kept the Raptors in touch with 31 (17 in Q1) and Jamal Shead added a career-high 18, but short-handed Toronto—without Immanuel Quickley (illness) and RJ Barrett (knee)—couldn’t overcome the halftime hole.
